What we do
We do two things, and we do them for the same client: build the website that brings work in, and build the system that handles the work once it arrives. Most businesses buy these from different suppliers and then spend years re-typing data between them.
On the web side that means WordPress, Shopify, e-commerce and custom builds. On the systems side it means Zoho — CRM, One, Books, Analytics, Creator, Flow — plus the integrations that connect Zoho to everything else you already pay for.
How we got here
SR WEBX grew out of five years of implementation work: hundreds of projects across small businesses, service companies and e-commerce brands. A pattern showed up again and again. Companies would buy a capable platform, use a fraction of it, and keep the manual process running in parallel because nobody had configured the software around how they actually work.
That is the gap we fill. We are not resellers earning a licence commission. We get paid to make the software match the business.
How we work
- Written scope before the work starts, so you know what you are buying
- Milestones you can review, not one big reveal at the end
- Plain-language documentation and recorded training at handover
- Direct access to the person doing the work, not an account manager relay
- An honest no when a project is not a good fit for us
What we care about
Systems that people use. A CRM nobody updates is worse than a spreadsheet everybody updates, and a beautiful website that takes six seconds to load costs you more than a plain one that loads in one.
That bias shows up in the technical choices: lean pages, sensible data models, automations that fail loudly instead of silently, and no dependency on a tool you cannot maintain after we leave.
