What happens after I send this?
We read it properly and reply with either a few clarifying questions or a suggested call time. If your requirement is clear enough we sometimes go straight to a written scope and price.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first conversation is us understanding the problem and you deciding whether we are worth hiring. Nothing is billable until you approve a written scope.
What should I include in the message?
What is going wrong now, what you would like instead, and any timeline or budget constraint. Even a rough budget range helps — it stops us proposing something you did not want to spend.
