The challenge
Wholesale was being run through discount codes and emailed spreadsheets. Trade customers could see retail pricing, minimum order quantities were enforced by hand, and every order needed a person to check it before it could ship.

- Give each trade customer their own pricing
- Enforce minimum order quantities automatically
- Keep wholesale separate from the retail storefront
- Remove the manual order check before fulfilment
What we built
An embedded Shopify app built with App Bridge and Polaris so it behaves like a native part of the admin, backed by Prisma and PostgreSQL for customer-specific price lists, quantity rules and account-level terms.
