Zoho service

Zoho integration services

Connect Zoho to your website, store, accounting, payments and communication tools so one record exists in one place.

Integration is where most of the value in a Zoho investment actually sits. A CRM that knows what the website form said, what the customer paid and what support is dealing with is a different tool from one that only knows what a salesperson remembered to type.

What we connect

Websites

WordPress forms writing directly into CRM with source, campaign and page data attached.

E-commerce

Shopify and WooCommerce orders, customers and stock synced with CRM, Books and Inventory.

Payments & accounting

Stripe, PayPal, QuickBooks and Xero reconciled against Zoho records.

Communication

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp, Slack and telephony logged against the right contact.

How we build integrations

  • Agree the source of truth for every shared field before writing anything
  • Decide direction — one-way or two-way — and what wins on conflict
  • Build with retry logic so a temporary outage does not lose data
  • Log every transaction so problems can be traced
  • Alert a person on repeated failure
  • Document the mapping so the next developer is not guessing

How we work

From idea to implementation

  1. 01

    Discover

We map how your business runs today, including the parts held together by memory and spreadsheets.

  2. 02

    Plan

A written scope: what gets built, which tools are involved, what it costs, how long it takes.

  3. 03

    Build

Delivered in stages you can review, not one surprise at the end.

  4. 04

    Launch

Testing, migration, training and go-live, with a rollback plan.

  5. 05

    Support

We stay available for the questions that appear once people start using it.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Our system has no Zoho connector — is it possible?

If it has an API, almost certainly. If it does not, scheduled file exchange is often a workable fallback. We will assess it before quoting.

One-way or two-way sync?

Two-way sounds better and causes more problems. Unless both systems genuinely need to edit the same field, one-way with a clear source of truth is more reliable.

What happens when an integration fails?

It retries, it logs, and if it still cannot complete it alerts someone. Silent failure is the thing we design hardest against.
