Zoho service

Zoho CRM implementation

A structured rollout — discovery, configuration, migration, training, handover — with a written scope and dates you can hold us to.

An implementation is not the same as a setup. Setup is turning things on. Implementation is changing how a team works, which means the configuration is maybe forty percent of the job and the rest is data, training and the awkward conversations about what your process really is.

The phases

Discovery

Sessions with the people who sell and the people who deliver. We document the process as it exists, including the undocumented bits.

Configuration

Modules, fields, layouts, pipelines, roles, permissions and automation built to that documented process.

Migration

Extract, clean, map, test migrate, validate against source, then migrate for real.

Training & handover

Role-specific sessions, recorded walkthroughs and written documentation, plus a support window after go-live.

What you get at the end

  • A configured CRM matching your documented process
  • Migrated and validated data
  • Website, email and phone capture wired in
  • Dashboards for each role
  • Documentation and training recordings your future hires can use

How we work

From idea to implementation

  1. 01

    Discover

We map how your business runs today, including the parts held together by memory and spreadsheets.

  2. 02

    Plan

A written scope: what gets built, which tools are involved, what it costs, how long it takes.

  3. 03

    Build

Delivered in stages you can review, not one surprise at the end.

  4. 04

    Launch

Testing, migration, training and go-live, with a rollback plan.

  5. 05

    Support

We stay available for the questions that appear once people start using it.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

How much of our time does this take?

Expect three to five hours of your team’s time in discovery, then an hour a week for reviews, plus training sessions near the end. Implementations stall when the client side has no time allocated at all.

What if our process changes during the project?

That is normal and usually a good sign — writing the process down exposes problems. Small changes are absorbed; anything that materially changes scope gets quoted before it is built.

Do you provide support after go-live?

Yes. Every implementation includes a support window, and ongoing support is available monthly afterwards.
