Custom web development

Web applications, portals and internal tools for the processes no off-the-shelf product handles the way your business needs.

Custom development is the right answer less often than developers like to admit. But when your process is genuinely unusual — and when the workaround involves three spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group — a purpose-built tool pays for itself quickly.

What we build

Client portals

Secure areas where customers see their own orders, documents, bookings or project status without emailing you for an update.

Internal tools

Dashboards and admin interfaces for the operational work your team currently does across several disconnected apps.

API integrations

Middleware that moves data between systems that were never designed to talk, with logging so failures are visible rather than silent.

Data dashboards

Reporting interfaces pulling from multiple sources into one view management will actually open.

How we scope it

We start with the smallest version that solves the real problem, ship it, and extend from there. A six-month custom build before anyone uses anything is how software projects die.

How we work

From idea to implementation

  1. 01

    Discover

We map how your business runs today, including the parts held together by memory and spreadsheets.

  2. 02

    Plan

A written scope: what gets built, which tools are involved, what it costs, how long it takes.

  3. 03

    Build

Delivered in stages you can review, not one surprise at the end.

  4. 04

    Launch

Testing, migration, training and go-live, with a rollback plan.

  5. 05

    Support

We stay available for the questions that appear once people start using it.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Should we build custom or buy a product?

Buy, if a product covers eighty percent of what you need. Build when the remaining twenty percent is the part your business competes on. We will tell you which case you are in before quoting.

What do you build with?

PHP and JavaScript for most work, with React where an interface warrants it, and Zoho Creator when the tool sits naturally inside a Zoho environment.

Who owns the code?

You do, on final payment, along with the repository. No hosting lock-in and no licence that stops working if you stop working with us.

Ready to build a smarter business?

Tell us what you are trying to achieve. We will help you find the right website, Zoho or automation solution — and say so plainly if we are not the right fit.
