Zoho One is excellent value and genuinely overwhelming. The suite covers sales, finance, projects, support, HR, marketing and operations, which means the hardest part of an implementation is deciding what not to turn on in month one.
How we roll it out
- Map the business process first — sales, delivery, invoicing, support
- Choose the smallest set of apps that covers it end to end
- Configure those properly rather than half-configuring twelve
- Migrate real data and validate it against your existing records
- Connect the apps so records flow instead of being re-entered
- Train each team on their part, then add the next app
The apps most businesses start with
CRM
Leads, deals, follow-up and the pipeline everything else depends on.
Books
Quotes, invoices, payments and reconciliation linked to CRM deals.
Projects or Desk
What happens after the sale — delivery or support, depending on your model.
Analytics
One place where sales, finance and delivery numbers sit side by side.
Is Zoho One right for you?
Zoho One is priced per employee, and every employee must be licensed. For a ten-person business using five or more apps it is very hard to beat. For a three-person team who only need CRM, individual app subscriptions are cheaper. We will run that comparison with your numbers before you commit.
