E-commerce development services

Online stores where the catalogue, the checkout and the back office are the same system rather than three that need reconciling.

An online store is an operations problem wearing a design costume. The storefront matters, but what determines whether the business is pleasant to run is whether stock levels, orders, invoices and customer records stay in sync without anyone exporting a CSV.

What we build

  • Product architecture: variants, bundles, tiered and customer-specific pricing
  • Checkout flows tightened to remove the steps that lose people
  • Inventory, order and customer sync with Zoho Books or Inventory
  • Shipping, tax and multi-currency configuration
  • Abandoned cart, post-purchase and review request automation
  • Reporting that shows margin, not just revenue

Platforms

We build on Shopify and WooCommerce. The choice depends on your catalogue complexity, your team, and how much custom logic sits between an order and a fulfilled shipment. We will make the recommendation after looking at your products, not before.

We stay available for the questions that appear once people start using it.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can you connect our store to accounting?

Yes. Orders creating invoices, payments reconciling and stock decrementing automatically is one of the first things we set up, usually into Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory.

What about B2B pricing for trade customers?

Customer-specific price lists, minimum quantities and net terms are all buildable on both platforms. On Shopify it usually needs a custom app; on WooCommerce it can often be done with targeted custom code.

Do you handle product photography or copy?

Not photography. We will structure and optimise product copy, and tell you where thin descriptions are costing you search traffic.

Ready to build a smarter business?

Tell us what you are trying to achieve. We will help you find the right website, Zoho or automation solution — and say so plainly if we are not the right fit.
