Payroll was calculated outside the accounting system and journalled in by hand each month, which meant the accounts were always a step behind and reconciliation was a monthly argument.

Zoho Payroll configured for the local requirements and integrated with Zoho Books so each pay run posts the correct journals automatically, with employee self-service for payslips and records.
