The challenge
Three very different audiences arrive on a care provider’s website — families, local authority commissioners and job applicants — and each needs a different first paragraph. A single generic homepage served none of them well.
Objectives
- Give each audience a clear path within one click of landing
- Present regulatory and safeguarding information clearly
- Make homes and services easy to add as the group grows
- Keep page structure consistent across a large site
What we built
A multi-page site built from a shared, generated component library so every page uses the same building blocks. Separate entry paths for families, commissioners and careers, with the compliance and safeguarding content given proper prominence rather than buried in a footer link.
Technology
Component library · Elementor · Schema markup · WordPress
How it was delivered
- Sitemap and audience journeys mapped before design
- Reusable component library generated for consistent layout
- Dedicated sections for services, homes, referrals and careers
- Accessible contrast, heading order and keyboard navigation throughout
- Editable templates so new homes can be added in-house
Outcomes
- Each audience reaches the right page without hunting
- New locations and services are added from existing templates
- Compliance information is visible where commissioners look for it
- Page structure stays consistent as the site grows
