Contracts billed in three stages, but the invoices were created manually. Someone had to remember which stage was due, calculate the split, and link it back to the right deal — and sometimes did not.

- Make missed billing stages impossible

Deluge automation that reads the approved sales order and produces the staged invoices at the agreed proportions, each linked back to the originating deal so finance and sales see the same picture.
