Why We Started SR WEBX

I am Rana Saifullah Khalid, and I founded SR WEBX after watching the same thing happen to business after business. This is that pattern, and why it turned into a company.

The pattern

A business hires an agency to build a website. The agency does a decent job. Separately, the business subscribes to a CRM — often Zoho, because the value is extraordinary — and someone spends an evening switching it on.

Six months later the website is generating enquiries into a shared inbox, the CRM is being updated by one person out of five, and finance is re-typing every won deal into accounting. Three good tools, none of them introduced to each other.

Nobody did anything wrong. The web agency was never asked about the CRM. The CRM was never configured around how the business sells. The gap between them is where the hours go, and nobody owns it.

Why nobody fixes it

  • Web agencies do not do business systems — it is a different skill and a different sales conversation
  • CRM consultants do not build websites, so the enquiry path stays out of scope
  • Resellers earn on licences, so their advice trends toward more licences
  • Internal teams have the context but not the time
  • The problem only becomes visible once it has been costing money for a year

What SR WEBX does differently

We do both halves for the same client. The form on your website writes into your CRM because the people who built both are the same people. The won deal produces the invoice because someone mapped the fields. The dashboard is trustworthy because the data model was designed rather than inherited.

That is not a clever positioning statement — it is just the only arrangement where the seams get looked after.

Three things I insisted on

No licence commission

SR WEBX does not resell Zoho. You buy licences directly at standard pricing. That means when Zoho One is more expensive than individual apps for your headcount, we can just say so.

Written scope before work

You know what you are buying, what it costs and when it lands. Changes get quoted rather than absorbed silently into a slipping timeline.

An honest no

If a project is a poor fit for us, or if what you are asking for is not what you need, you get told before an invoice exists rather than after.

Where we are now

More than 450 projects across the UK, US and UAE — websites, WordPress and Shopify builds, Zoho One rollouts, CRM implementations, Deluge automation, integrations and reporting. Small businesses, care providers, clinics, distributors, e-commerce brands.

The common thread is never the sector. It is a business that has outgrown running on memory and spreadsheets, and wants the software it already pays for to start earning its keep.

If that sounds like you

Tell us what is slowing you down. The first conversation is free, it is a conversation rather than a pitch, and you will speak to the person who would actually do the work.
